Changes
some attributes(rounded to multiples of 5)
Final hit b-air spikes
f-air animation and bone changed removed non-spiking hitbox
up b in air is fly on ground is the same
no jump on ground down b
n-air animation changed cape effect added bone changed

You need to change that Bair into Normal. It doesn`t look right as a spike. I mean I haven`t downloaded it. But I know how it would look unless you changed the animation. ;3
