I downloaded the dashdonkey program but its missing the MSZCR71.dll file or my computer is missing it where can i get it? fixed

Now that I found the file for some reason when i create the MDL0 file and DDF file put it in the dashdonkey program wont create the ddv file i name the MDL0 model, and the ddf vertex right?

    Okay so now the problem is when put the model.MDL0 file and the vertex.ddf file in the same folder its not creating the DDV file what am I doing wrong
