    I know I saw TCLL talking about how he made his pikachu hack's texture have a sort of neon glow in certain areas by editing the normals. anyone wanna tell me how to do that?  Im srs here

    lolno, that has nothing to do at all with normals.

    He edited the materials and shaders, manually. He was just messing around with it, since we really don't know all that much about their structures.

    Is there a way to do this with only textures? Like, have a layered image with a glow-like effect on it and import it as the format that lets you see through it?
