Riivolution with brawl file patch has suddenly ceased to function.

As of this morning launching brawl through riivolution no longer works. It was working fine last night as it always has, but when I got up this morning it simply gives the "exception ISI" screen and crashes, I tried reinstalling riivolution several times to no avail, and it will not crash if I simply turn off file patch, but that defeats its own purpose, any input would be helpful.

Did you use the File Patch code with Riivolution? You're not supposed to activate it when using Riivolution

No, I was not using codes, just riivolution's built in file replacement, I have been using it successfully for a quite a while, and suddenly that.
