Giving Falco wings (PSA)

I want to put wings on falco I have the texture in his pac but I dnt know how to summon it Can you help me please?

But anyways, to give Falco Wings, you could either:

-Insert the model into the FitMotionEtc
-Replace some external Graphic effect

There's probably others but I don't mess around with articles and the such too much xD

I have the texture in the motionetc I need to use psa to summon it but I don't know how to use hex editor to do that.

There should be a model changer parameter determining what's visible, but I like said I haven't messed around with articles too much. You could also animate the wings for the certain attacks you want him to do and it will show because In BrawlBox, if you don't put the wings over an animation then the wings won't show up at all and just be in suspended imaginary space.

DiveneOverlord had a marth psa and I had copied it all he did was put the texture in marth.pac then add the external graphic effect which is what I need to learn how to do.

Wings on Falco.....I already had that, but I couldn't continue since his file size was too big to have them, but-




It took a minute to set up and the wings are only in his wait animations, but I think that I can get them in all his animations (possibly) without increasing the file size too much(I can bring the file size to a minimum of 289, but that could make brawl crash). It shouldn't take me too long.
