only one thing i really dislike about this character. and thats the Neutral B.. it can be spammed like a mofo :(..  oh and the forward smash is a bit overpowered imo..  it comes out too fast and hits too far to impale. well thats how i feel.
and the dash attack felt a bit stronger than i would've thought it should be..

you already said something bout the Up B
i think you could keep it but make a few modifications

Sorry to telly you this, but his ''time freezing'' attack is too overpowered.
I mean your opponent is stuck for 2-5 seconds giving you enough time to attack and repeat

may i suggest that his up b be changed to something similar as Untouch's shadow marths recovery? because the current recovery is too awkward and you end up dying if youre too low.

frankly, i cant take him sreiuosly. i have tryd him so im not just being an a$$hole (xD)

his ^B is completely unusable as a recoverly move and in no way resembles kakashi himself. theres a MAJOR glitch w/ his B> where when used on the edge can be a fatality. his neutral B is both broken and an ultimate spam move. 1 cool trick tho, he can turn invisible(not sure if that was the plan).

how come everytime i try going into a stage it freezes?

EDIT: i fixed the freezing but the moveset doesnt work help!!
