i downloaded a file that came with everything id need to create my own sss icon it came with the border or frame that the brawl sss icon has around the pic. but i cant figure out how to put it around my picture. im using gimp. is there a way to do that?

    Use the standard Paint, from Windows XP

    Use the Square Selection tool, and click on the second yellow box thing under all the tools, then you can paste the frame over your icon :p
