The Neku PSA is over Ness or Lucas right? Isnt that particular effect over their PK thunder or PK flash?
We can't really replicate that over Marth.

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

when you say effect are you talking about the function of the attack or the gfx ? if your talking about the gfx i dont need that one but if its function then that sucks. hopefully there is a way to make a psuedo version of the move |

there is and preety simple actually check divine orverlord mini gotenks ghost attack he made before mariodk finished gotenks |

aww yeah thanks Carnage. side note:ive been playng umvc again and im now interested in making a spencer psa. m not sure who he would be best over in order to do special grabs but being able to have a wire at the same time. Link,captain, or ganon? (if anyone knows which would be best please let me know  |

the final smash isnt psaed 100%,he needs flame trails for diable jamble as well as the fire effect on his leg, a revamp of nb, and i want the old up be back in there as well if thats possible maybe a shorter version? |

Also, the flame trail thing on his leg isn't hard to do.
Why do you need a re-vamp of the Neutral B
And who is PSAing the FS? Its almost identical to Marth's. the only difference being the combo at the end which is a bunch of huge hitboxes that has very little knockback until the end. Along with a time slow down thingy...

i dont have any experience with flame trails and for some reason doing the final smash was difficult to get right would you have time to help with those
