It's kinda sluggish and jerky in movement.

You really need to do better on constructive criticism.

Anyway. I like the new look of the side smash. It's a bit off... like the head being angled too low, the right legs rotation is turned too far right. And her sword arm being bent and her sword landing through the ground. Other than that. It looks good.

Can't really critique without gifs of the animation unfortunately. But from the looks of it, the right leg, right arm, and bust seem off. Again, I don't have a gif to compare it so I can't tell if it's just a random frame being off or if it's the whole thing.

I think I may've already changed that frame up, but can't recall currently-- I'll do gif of it (And other things) up later after I play around with them a little more.

Side Smash: Would lower the arms a bit, the angle of the slash feels odd when it's like that. I also feel like the angle of the bust doesn't make a lot of sense, I'd personally rotate it forward a bit. Otherwise, it's probably the best animation out of the three. Aside from the leg sliding at the end v:

Blazer: HipN jankiness, I see. Nothing much can fix that other than messing with interpolation or adding more HipN keyframes. Would look into both suggestions and probably look up other solutions as well. Looks good, otherwise. Would probably decrease the speed at which Roy's arm goes up towards the apex of his jump and then having it go slightly higher than normal to give a feeling of weight and strength.

GuardOff: Bust needs some form of movement. Leg sliding. If you're going to have leg sliding (whether it's because of smash4 having it or not), experiment with trying to make it look as intrusive-less (I guess) as possible.

GuardOn: Would recommend making into a gif again (but adding about 20 empty frames at the end of the animation). Right now, it looks like he's tap dancing and sliding at the same time.

Right now, both guard animations seem lifeless compared to the other two animations you made. Maybe because you made them before you went to sleep?

If I were to rank the animations, they would be ranked in the order they're posted v:

The Guards seem "lifeless" to you possibly because they are short animations. 8 and 16 frames. Not much you can do with that short of time.

Leg sliding isn't really happening in those gifs... it's the angle it was taken, but they are stepping off the ground LL.

As for the side smash one, I copied the upper body to a tee... I spent a good 2 or more hours on trying to get that as close to what it looked like in Smash U as I could. So... yeah... Same with the Blazer one. But that one was made from scratch. The shaking you see isn't the HipN, but the Bust and possibly Waist bones. I might go back and take a look at it... but right now, I'm satisfied with what I have.

...A random concept for the cliff attack whenever I get to the decloning thing.
...This is just an idea, I know the animation's horrible, what I want to know is if I should scrap it or keep it?




Aside from this I've fixed a few things up, both in Marth/Lucina's PSAs and a few animations, like making the up smash a little more in line with the original (In terms of frame count and such for this particular case). ...Still need to change up the victory up there a bit, as well as doing his other new victory. ...Can't recall what else needs to be done, but... It's getting there, thanks for the support everyone!

Wait... so what exactly did you change on the up smash? Cause I thought I did a decent job on getting it close to what it was.
