I think it's just part of the looping part, but since it has 60+ frames in it it's unnoticeable... No real way of telling unless we can view the animations in Smash 4 like we can do for Brawl.

Yeah. Oh well it shouldn't take too much longer to add 30 more frames to it. Just let me know when you're done and if you need some clean up on it.

Set the framecount to 65 and... I still think the charge up looks terrible ;_;

Alright... I'll try to get it right. Good night.
EDIT: Okay... so the issue I'm seeing here is way too much movement. About where you had it with the first one, at the end, frame 31 was just fine. Going from there on... I'd say just try to keep her steady (But still going up and down to make it look right) and in that spot for the duration of about an extra... let's say 45 - 50 frames. I think if you can do that It would be fine. I'll try and do it myself. We can see whose is better.

Wouldn't be surprised if mine paled in comparison to yours, but whatever, practise of any kind is a good thing.
Edit: Just redid the last half of it... Still need to do the first half, but it's progress.

Haven't made progress yet, but I just noticed something.
I happen to do a lot better on PSAs that I haven't planned out, for example, that Toon Link I practically made up as I went along. Genesect? A week of basically just porting it and some recolors and I haven't touched it since.
...
I suppose it's fortunate that this Lucina is just a PSA that was started on a whim? XD
