i said its already low poly... and i've also reduced the text sizes and their quality Are you sure? Because I just did a check, and even if you're generous with what you keep and only remove the back wall and hallways behind it, you'll save 14625 polygons (20301 vertices), 79 mesh pieces, and four textures. That's a 30% reduction in the model. Textures you'll be able to remove: mbc_nk_metal01c mbc_nk_whitewall02c mbc_nk_whitewall04b mbc_nk_rend_corridor01

eh we'll see... its pretty much to where even when zoomed out all the way, the back and the hallways doesnt get in the way of the cam at all. anyways.. here's a vid.. of the telstar dance stage that is

You hit the file size limit, and you're turning down a chance to remove 30% of the huge model by chopping out everything the player will never see? What else do you plan to do to fit more under the size limit?

What else do you plan to do to fit more under the size limit? well idk what i did to it.. all i did was just do some more vis0 editing... and i was able to get alot of space back, not sure how that could happen.. but i can add more to it now.. plus i dont really want to export the model back into 3ds max... delete the useless faces, import back into bb, then re-do every single material and shader.. that took a long time to redo x.x

yeah pretty much same here!!! anyways... i have added platforms to that telstar dance stage... u'll be getting a new vid later today.. with some fixed collisions also lol edit: here's some pics... imma start doing the recording now.

just use PMD editor, load a .x file, and save it as a .PMD then use the PMD import script for 3ds max, and ur set to go. anyways... video is uploading.. so imma get the pack all together and get ready for a release :p edit: stage released!! also here's the video!!
