Is there a program that can change a character's mesh

like if i wanted to remove the brim from mario's hat or make his nose bigger

stuff like that that

    But model hacking (I believe) is coming soon. I'm not sure how soon, but soon.

    Hmm, not really.  I'm doing animation swapping which is very simple.  As far as Model Hacking goes, all I can do is what's already been done by people such as BSZ and the smashboardsians.
