Yes, this week totally rules for hackers. Phantom Wings' File Patcher v4 has been released! It now has the ability to replace sounds and voices. See the original post for more info. |

It's a Beta, won't be added to the thread in News until it's confirmed what it does exactly.
And couldn't it already replace sound effects?

And yeah, thought I'd add this for people who don't visit Smashboards and want to risk using the beta. Not that it's that risky.

As usual, Phantom Wings is the ****. No more making brstms on your ISO merely for custom sound effects with PSA. Now here's the problem. Barring the issues with the beta version of the code itself, you're causing your SD to load a huge single file(80mb). Next, since there is currently no way to unpack and repack the brsar(unless Kryal gets to it), we can't replace anything except for the the english, japanese, or European one. Personally, a better sounding Ike is not worth the  of english Snake. |

He is and I hope Kryal can! But I think it has to do with BrawlLib. I am putting Kirby's Melee Hi back into place and Falco saying he perfers the ass from Brawl taunts =D
