    the parts that are yellow should actually be a light shade of orange then cuz in that pic its not yellow..or at least it would be yellow mixed with orange

    The World Ends With You series = 10 votes
    Kingdom hearts Series = 13 votes
    10 + 13 = 23
    Considering Neku and a few others from the series are in the upcoming DDD
    That means there's a definite import of him/them hmm? or not -
    Just thought it was an interesting fact to jot down. (Not that everyone doesn't already know)

    GBC said that if Kingdom Hearts wins, then Final Fantasy and TWEWY characters will not count as Kingdom Hearts series imports. The only exceptions would be the three Disney characters: Mickey, Donald, and Goofy.

    lol. Well, there's the main characters like Sora and Riku, then there's the organization like Roxas and Axel, then there are the villains(excluding the heartless and all those other annoying little things) such as Master Xehanort and Vanitas, then there came some new characters in Kh:BBB like Lea and Isa. (There are way more that that from above. I listed only 2 for each. There's probably 7 or more if I'm correct.)
    Plus there models are really easy to get.

    naw i think ganon is better..theres a cape=poncho like thing too
    i would rather him have darkness moves than aura and lucario's hands will have problems moving since they are not like human hands. thats why you dont really see and human like hacks over lucario.

    Huh...I wonder why GBC hasn't posted anything.

    Anyway.

    I looked at the UV Maps of MegaMan's body and noticed a few issues. One being that the map vertices were outside the "rendering zone" (The place on the map editing window with a solid border around it). The other is that it seems Megaman has some mapping issues that need to be addressed, as well as possible minor model changes I think would be nice.

    I'll explain them as concisely as I can for everyone's sake and the sake of time, in a spoiler. Don't get me wrong. The model is a beautiful example of what people could do if they took the time to learn to make models from scratch themselves, but it could use some improvements since it is your first custom model.

    Read this one first.
    I'll start with the polygons, then move onto the UV mapping afterward.

    First, the helmet. I noticed something about it's "anatomy" that needs a change...one that would probably make yours and everyone else's life easier when it comes to texturing, which I will also mention later about the UV maps.



    Note how that part of the helmet reaches all the way to the lip. I think it would be best fix that and weld it to be part of the helmet entirely.

    The other things are the hands and feet: I think Mega would definitely benefit from having posable hands and fingers, and the shape of the feet's shape could be slightly more refined and straight. I also find that the hair is far too big and could possibly be made smaller.

    The sword model is freaking perfect. I have no critiques to give it.

    The shoulders on the other hand could be improved a little, as show by this image of Mega.

    The should plate's shape on both sides could have a more defined shape. The same goes for his legs, a little bit.

    That's about it for the model for now. Now for the UV Mapping. I'll be putting up links to the UVs I've gotten from the model via 3DSMAX. to illustrate what I mean in another spoiler.

    Then this one.
    One of the things I first noticed while working with Megaman is that there is a UV's issue (I think) with the Buster polys. Here are two screenshots of them.

    I've tried fixing this via texturing, but any attempts at doing so didn't fix the issue and only, in some causes, made it worse or added to the problem. Another thing is the flat faces on the Buster Cannon polys. I think that the UV maps for these could be better defined for some better, less stretched textures, but that's just me.

    On the helmet, as I mentioned, taking that one piece and making it part of the texture elsewhere would be beneficial to the helmet polys and make it look better. I also noticed some UV, Normals, or shader issues with the light blue crests on the helmet when I applied my textures.

    I found when I finally finished my first texture for the body using these UV's as a template that Megaman has some mapping and model issues that could use some refining or outright fixing. Most notably that the area mapped around his behind is uneven when applied, even though I used a different texturing method, where I shaded  and highlighted only one half, then copypasta'd it to make it perfectly symmetrical.

    There is also the icons. Their UV's could use a little refinement, I have found. As well as some minor model edits.

    It's a very well done model, but it can be made even better. I also think it would be a good idea to see if you could possibly reduce the number of textures the model has somehow by combining some of them where possible.

    That's about all I have to say. Make sure you at least take feedback you're given about the models you make into consideration.  It will be very important to you when learning how to make them better.
