Stage Expansion help

I can not get certain stages to work with pw's stage expansion 2.0.
1.melee destination (fd) X
2.astral phazon (fd) X
3.tabuu's real destination (fd) X
4.great desert (fd) O
5.fountain of dreams (fd) O
6.budokai tenkaichi (fd) O
7.peach castle (fd) X
8.bell tower (bf) O
9.dimensionalfield (bf) O

I used the exact same rel (an fd rel edited for custom stages) for all of the 7 fd stages, and the pacs are named correctly in association to the rels.
