I dunno how I feel about Lightning on ZSS,(I've always thought she's be good on Ike) but good luck with it.
The model I had of lightning from FF13 had 20,000 verts so hopefully you can get it to work while keeping it lag free and looking good.

Fun Little guide time:
Pervy's Guide: lesson 20, "ORIGINAL characters"
Something I've noticed that's associated with anything over rated. Crappy carbon copy's, or as noobs call them. "Their own ORIGINAL Characters" completed with the irony of saying "Do not steal" when they themselves have stolen. So here's a way to add a little more "Originality" to any fan character.

Step 1: Choose a game. You can either choose DA [censored]IN HYPED UP ONE or a good but less paid attention to game
Step W: Take the character closet to the one you have in minds
Step 28: Change the color
Step 389: Put some EFFORT INTO THE DAMN THING
step G: Results

A still crappy fan character, but with something different ^_~
