It does 
yesterday i havent time to write the full moveset, possibly tonight or tommorrow ill write it
Here´s a progress report on my projects:
Sasuke: i have made new animations for him, he just needs from animations....
-new dragon flame jutsu aka side b animation
-wins
-Jumps
-Wait2,3
-New Aerials
-Chidori Nagashi V2
-Amaterasu V2
-At least one taunt for beta.
-Susanoo Ribcage attack.
And later ill finish his psa and will be ready for beta release.
Mii Project: Needs to make
-Every animation for him
-V3 model, with new eyes, face, etc.
Secret Project 1:
-Special´s (B attacks) animations.
-Final Smash Animation, FS mode animations, and later PSA(i think its almost done than sasuke who needs to make tons of things )
The Best Plumber in the World V3 or SMG2 Mario V2 or Cape Mario V3 or formely known as SSBX Mario: (This moveset is totally different from the two previous versions, this is balanced and will new
dinamic, animations and GFX than V1 and v2) well i think i spoke alot about him. 
-Start from 0%
Itachi PSA:
Same as SSBX Mario.
Secret Project 4:
-Its 30% done!
i cant tell anything about him, just that melee fans will love this moveset
I havent show a preview in a while so possibly by the weekend ill show tons of previews ill reveal Secret Project 1 and youll see my new animation skills with that PSA  |

Also yeah its one of those. But who?
i discart GB and Mewtwo
but this char psa isnt based on melee alot, since that char. will be a clone, like most of the forbidden in melee was.
This moveset is creative and now it perfectly fits this char. 
I think i revealed who is...
