i found this video and i looks like he has all the characters but if you look he has shadow donkey kong and sonic
and jiggle and all the other people shadow is over.

why do people bring up these videos

It's a Shadow over DK port. The Full Shadow moveset over DK so that you can haz Shadow vs Sonic. It's done by now i think, seeing as how that video was uploaded back in March. O_O

The jigglypuff is Wisp, a pretty old PSA moveset, made back when PSA first came out.

The Character Select hack i think is by SJS, with some modifications over Shadow-ness
Kid Goku over Luigi
GalaxiaKnight over MetaKnight
Cloud over Ike, and Sephiroth over Marth.
No new Characters, but Shadow vs Sonic is still pretty cool.
