I apologize if this isn't the right place to post my problem, and if so, can any of the mods move this to the rightful area?

Anyway, i have a kinda big problem with my Autodesk 3ds Max 2011. When i start it up, it seems to lag quite a lot, and when it does start up, the viewpoint boxes don't seem to work. it's like everything else works, but the viewpoint boxes, so i can't view any models or bones, making it extremely difficult to rig models. if anyone could help me with my problem, that would be most appreciated.

and in case anyone thinks i'm lying, here's a print screen image of my 3ds Max 2011

That's not normally supposed to happen, right?

there are two software to clean your computer for have no problem of memory to good execute program like 3dsmax so if you want you can for exemple normally download here : http://download.tune-up.com/TUU2012/1001291/TuneUpUtilities2012_en-US.exe

and for ccleaner : you can download it here : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/ac2208e695b984ee54d433c965ed83de/

just push on clean or cleaning or on tuneup maintenance in one click normally you will have a message wich ask if you want to do the maintenance in one click (the clean in one click ) selection yes and after choose if you want erase things like temporary files

i tried both programs, and the problem still wasn't fixed. and what's worse, is TuneUp constantly does maintenance checks each second, which is getting annoying! is there any other way to fix my problem, without installing something that's gonna be useless and never be used just for only one thing?

sorry man tuneup and ccleaner are the best software to do virtual memory when a computer has his virtual memory low so the program can have lot of problem that's why i have spoke you of this but i had said i was not sure so you can remove the software easy
so this time i can not help you just maybe a little thing could help but maybe not of all i have heard than if you open a program as administrator in doing right click and execute as administrator few software like 3dsmax could best fonction so you can check if you want

    good luck

That happens to me sometimes in the desktop computer. Normally I just wait for it to load properly, sometimes it takes several minutes. Not sure if it's the same with you, but it was only a matter of waiting in my case
