should i make another update, cuz i stopped working on him.
but if i do, i thought of an AWESOME A combo:
he pawnches (1st hit of jab)...
he warps behind you and backfists you (back-air)...
then he appears over you and hits you with his feet (down-air).

Good job so far. I have a few suggestions.
1. Make him move a bit faster with up B; Make a bit more fire come out and slightly damage opponents
2. Change neutral B. How he takes out two ray guns and shoots a shot from each of them? (So he shoots twice)
3. Final Smash could be:
a) A giant roundhouse kick
b) Energy comes out of chuck norris and anyone touching him is intantly killed, and Chuck Norris becomes invincible and all his moves get highly powered up (like wario man)
c) Chuck norris stares an opponent in the eye, instantly killing them
Also, make the roundhouse kick do 25% with higher knockback, but only if sweetspotted (hit them with end of foot)
Also, could anyone make a better, non-glitchy Chuck Norris texture?

c) i'm not so sure you can instantly kill anyone but yourself (it's been discovered) or an
opponent that you grab. Unless you just mean, "has high knockback".
it scares me that a texture was the problem 4 Chuck Norris...

Roundhouse kick needs a little more knockback, Final Smash B idea I like. |

Well, you could only make him hold one... About the powering up, it's possible. Look at Wario's FS for help, or the Zero PSA hack. About the instant kill, I mean VERY high knockback, like the dragoon or light arrow. |
