How do I remove the background off of an image so it doesn't look stupid as a CSP?

you need to use a program like gimp, photoshop, or any other one that can use transparency. i reccomend using gimp as it is basically like photoshop, but free.

What worked for me is I opened a new file in GIMP and set the background as transparent (its under advanced options). Then I went to file-open as a new layer. From there on the right hand side where it shows your layers, I right clicked merge down and the 2 layers became 1. From there, there is a wand tool in the tool panel (I believe its the 4th one on the top) just click areas outside the head and it should auto find background (you may have to do this more than once). just hit delete on the background and save it as a png. Just make sure when you start a new file that its the right size for a csp ( i dont remember off the top of my head) hope that helps!
