my friend tried to convince me ralph was a rat. does THAT look like a rat to you?
For a long time, at least, since the N64 version, he sure as heck looked like one  rampage...nice.
We need more of these types of hacks IMHO

Waaay ahead of ya   Just a few more things to adjust  I'm sure his fur will look normal in Brawl Box, since the texture has transparency in PS and GIMP.

Texture adjustment...yeah, again, in PS, there is places where the fur has transparency, but isn't showing properly in 3DS Max, not sure about Brawl Box. I'll let someone who actually knows about textures look into that

You mean Wolf?  If that's the case, then yes. He'll need a size mod since Wolf isn't the tallest character, and Ralph is a mutated monster, so that's definite. Recolors? Normal and size-modded versions (for WiFi stability)? Edit: So, I get an error during exportation, BUT  it shows up in Brawl Box  As do the textures, so, never mind  No cause for concern!

Yeah...not quite there yet  His textures are kinda funky lol  Well that, and I haven't fixed the joints yet (they need to be blended)
