    thanks, your auto rig tut was very useful for all of the imports i am working on that used it.

    also got 2 working models with a beta in my thread for feedback on their final. zss and samus from other m. samus gif has three looks, look at chest. model detail in spoiler


    ZSS
    reflective
    glow on designs(pink) hand, back, chest.
    other m gun

    SAMUS
    reflective
    glow on lights(green)
    zss face in helmet
    edited textures
    a few imported items over original items

    after some rig editing the fusion suit trophy will be ready too


    Really loving that Fusion Suit. Still my favorite 2D Metroid.

    but those windows are black, couldnt the actual material be black too?
    Well the texture that is used is mostly black w/ a little bit of color, I think if you replaced that with something like brightened a colored ref texture then it would probably look right. Although you may have to use a material for each color

    You can do a bone edit.

    Editing the bones can change the size of hands? Interesting. I need to find out how to do this Wink

    I'm currently doing a ''Spiritual Link'' (as if he died and came back to life as an angel), NOT holding the Master Sword, but rather Honedge, perhaps my favourite 6th Gen Pokemon so far.

    Awesome Face First one to think about that Ghost/Steel type Pokemon from X and Y on the Vault. I still need to re-rig the model AND do the eye and blue cloth, though.

    For those who don't know who Honedge is, I put the image in a spoiler tag to prevent spoiling those who don't want to.

    What do you guys think?

    EDIT : I was perhaps thinking of porting that Honedge of mine over the Beam Sword, too.

    I like this. Its unique and not just a rig of an existing model. What type of material/ texture do you plan on using for the body?
    Since I REALLY stinks at doing professional-looking textures for custom made models, each ''texture'' is a monochrome square, exept for Link's eyes, which are the same eyes that the Brawl model has. Monochrome square textures are not only easy to use for me, they also make the PAC and PCS files' size much more smaller than the original Brawl Model along with their original textures, so the model is guaranteed to NOT crash the Wii.

    Well when I was making the brawl version of StupidMarioBros1Fan, he had a high poly headset an glasses, and though the file was smaller than the original after reducing the textures, he still crashed te game. I had to optimize the added things to make the dae smaller, it was like twice the original dae size, so making smaller textures doesn't always prevent crashing. Tongue

    I make YouTube videos, SM64 hacks, Brawl Hacks (obviously), NSMBW hacks, and GoldenEye 007 Mods. I also have a short attention span and tend to switch around a lot and put things on hold. But when I do finish things, 95% of the time I gave 120% effort, the other 5% of the time I give 100% effort.

    reducing 1000 vertices = reducing about 70kb of filesize; ive noticed that in my MMD imports

      So the game can still crash if the model has a too high poly headset. I'll note this for future hacks. Thanks for the fact Smiley

    I meant just being too high poly, I added a gamer headset to the model, that's what I meant by headset.
