Quick note. The second method shown by KJP does not work for all characters. I'll try it with Boswer. As for DK, he does not exactly have any normal maps for his skin and just "pseudo spec maps" for his fur. Meaning they add no detail aside from a single pallete of dark grey.

Chrom's skin needs to be lightened a slight bit. He's a little too dark. It makes it look like he got a serious tan out in the sun with how you edited it. Also... there's practically no detail whatsoever in the sword... I'd suggest doing something about that.
mhmm! I've already done that! The screenshots that I posted were a little outdated, but I've fixed a few things on there

Progress on Mario has been slow due to being lazy and I currently have the flu, it'll be even slower because currently the only reason I've been working on him is that if I wait too long, no one will care about Wii U Mario Bros and someone else would have already imported him, and I want to work on one of my other projects. Because some of the textures just don't want to use spec maps *cough* gloves and face *cough* I'm merging the detail with the textures while having duplicate textures are the details and the colors alone for recolors. This is where Mario currently is, and PLEASE remember that he's NOT finished. @ShadowLuigi~NG~ Can I make a Dark Bowser model alt of that?

Change the dress's "cull" setting to "inside" that should fix it.
