The Game Disc Could Not Be Read

Everytime I select Snake in Brawl... after 5 seconds it says "The Game Disc Could Not Be Read" (with a green backround). Why does this happen?
1) I have no ft_snake.rel
2) I have no Snake CSP
3) I have no FitSnake, FitSnakeXX, FitSnakeMotion or watever...
4) I have no st_metalgear.rel
5) I have no STGMETALGEAR.pac
6) I only have 3 brstms in Shadow Moses Island. *Assault Fire, Vs. Kingfin (SMG2), and Yukimura's Theme. I doubt thats the problem.
Please help someone!

This ONLY happens when you choose Snake?

Backup your files in the SD/USB and format it
(If you already did that then i dont know what else to say)

it be that the disc is scratched on that spot where snakes data is and i say that because on super mario sunshine everytime i try to verse the last bowser it freezes

Last week all of a sudden my disk didn't work it only worked up to the opening movie. i cleaned it with a wet paper towel then dried it off with a dry paper towel and it worked so maybe you should try that. If not then try using alchol swab if it stil doen't work looks like your going to have to buy a new brawl disk.

This happened to me for a while... I unplugged my Wii for one whole day.... I fixed it then...

It had a few scratches on the back but with the recieve i can get a new one for free..
