I decided to start this PSA again. I had lost my SD with that last one I had, so I had to cancel it. Im currently working V1. I may release a beta I don't know yet.What's DoneWait poses(Wait1,Wait2) Attack100 Edited Side-Tilt(May change) Down-Tilt Up-Tilt Side-Smash(Pic Above) Forward Air[Fair, for short) Back Air(Bair) GrabWait/CatchWait ThrowB/Back Throw
The Down taunt What I did with This is have Ho-oh's Fire pillar become an item you can use. When it spawns in you hand, it appears invisible you HAVE to use Z and the analog stick if you want to throw it. Shield Then pressing "A" Works as well.
You also want to add this code to your RSBE01 Pokemon Switches [Heinermann] 4A000000 90180F08 14000050 00000400 E0000000 80008000
This way it spawns every-time you down taunt.

Special ideas? Neutral B could fire Landmaster cannon shots instead if possible, just for the OPness of it, since I think from the name that this is where you're going with this. SideB could be Blazing Phantasm. Basically, Falco does Falco Phantasm multiple times back and forth and finishes with a burning downward punch at the attack's centre while flipping overhead. The afterimages are flame-red instead of blue and have sparks of flame trailing around them, and it does fire damage. UpB could be Sacred Torment (ground)/Sacred Flash (air). For Sacred Torment (actually based off of Sync the Tempest's Akashic Torment), Falco rises into the air surrounded by a bright reddish-white beam of light, which hits everyone caught within it repeatedly. For Sacred Flash, the whole screen flashes white briefly, during which time Falco teleports. Direction of teleport can be controlled via the control stick, and distance can be greatly increased by holding B during startup. This also causes all other players to flinch, though it does no damage. Has no endlag whatsoever, making it good for chaining other moves, like they need help with that. Dunno what to do for downB. If you need a Final Smash, just rip off Colette's Judgment from Tales of Symphonia.
You know what? Just ignore me. But if it's not supposed to be OP, what are you going to do about his being able to throw Ho-Oh fire? Maybe instead of a taunt you could make that his Final Smash, where he gets to throw Ho-Oh fire as much as he wants for like, 15 seconds. That'd be balanced, I think.

The thing is, because it requires the pokemon switcher code it isn't overpowered. You could simply not use the code if you don't want the fire pillar spawn but that is a great idea

Actually, if that's the only boost his Final Smash gives him, I'd recommend making it 20+ seconds long. Just... Throwing Ho-Oh fire around constantly is powerful, but it's not on the level of a Landmaster Tank, which lasts 18 seconds. Maybe have it give him super armour (or, say, 20% flinch resistance) as well for the duration of the FS.

The Attacks so far you've created for this PSA are really good... maybe the final smash could be the fireballs from mario's final smash but then more bigger and powerfull so its mostly like to KO an opponent in an instant. And for the standard B you could use the fireballs like those on the standard B of Phoenix Mario... with some grapical replacements maybe. Just some ideas... but i've got a feeling that this is gonna be the best PSA for Falco ever! keep up the good work. Thanks XD i also decided to pick demonic marth back up as well so ill be releasing V1 of this psa and Demonic marth soon.
