Common3.pac freezing?

I replaced just about everything in my Common3.pac....I load it through Riivolution and it freezes at the
"Online Interactions Not Rated By The ESRB" but it doesn't have the BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP noise its just stuck at that screen :/

if your using riivo you need to name it common3_en.pac

if your using beyonds riivolution then idk if you still have to
