PAL stage roster expansion - partially complete code

So over on Smashboards a guy called DWolf said he'd nearly finished porting the stage roster expansion code to PAL. That was in January, there's been no further feedback to the post and he hasn't replied to a private message I sent him. Here's the original post: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=316638

Below is the code as it was when he posted it on Smashboards. I was just wondering if anyone has heard whether this project has been completed or if anyone would be willing to pick it up. I don't know anything about programming, but I'm sure other PAL Smash Bros. modders would be interested in getting this finished.

Looks like there's just 5 lines (the struckthrough ones) that need porting before PAL stage roster expansion works. The Maxed Out Eternal Yoshi works but you need the Expansion code for it to work properly.

Y'know, there's this one file that allows you to get infinite codes in Gecko, so it overwrites the 255 lines of code thing.

Scroll to about halfway where the green text kicks in and that's the most complete port so far. DWolf has kinda gone off radar recently so maybe he's taking a break. It's only 5 codes so I was wondering if someone else could maybe finish it for him.

Just to let you know, I'll retire from the PAL hackingscene.... maybe I'll come back with the fully working Stage Roster Expansion 2.0 PAL code and the fully working Project M for PAL.
