Is it possible to swap animation move over different character?

I was  wondering if its possible to swap animation. I didn't like the fact about tifa psa over pit so instead I was thinking different way. I know that the only one that can port characters are marth, jigglypuff, ike and metaknight. But thats not what I'm talking about. I was thinking that if i could use tifa over zerozuit samus even its a model texture is it possible that if i swap animation from tifa over pit to tifa over zerosuit samus?

I Think so unless your talking about swapping zerosuit samus moves with pit's for that tifa hack  than probably not

I mean if I can swap from  hack psa  tifa animation move over zss model texture tifa.
