Big problem with textures.

hello. I've got very big problem with my textures. I did everything exactly like guide says, but textures aren't loading. I'm PAL region and my Wii version is 4.3E. Can somebody help me? I tried Balanced Brawl and it doesn't work too. I asked in guide thread, but nobody replied since this. I'm unpatient ;). After all, sorry for my bad English but I'm not from countries where we're speaking English ;).

What method are you using to load the game? Gecko, Riivolution, a backup launcher? You've modded your wii to have Homebrew, right? Are you using the PAL version of the file replacement code? Check here: http://brawlhacks.wikia.com/wiki/File_Patch_Code

Well, I tried via both of them- Riivolution and gecko. Now I'm trying Balanced Brawl for PAL Wiis.
EDIT: I tried it. Wii freezes at Loading Screen.
EDIT2: I tried File Patch Code for PAL too. The result is same. Freeze on  Loading Screen.
