How do you move around Nintendo's Original Textures?

I wanna use Pokemon Trainer's default 1st color (where he is dressed as Red from the R/B Pokemon games) for his Team Red (2nd color) but I have no idea where to get the texture.
I have Wii Scrubber but I have no idea what file I need or where it is located on the ISO...
Help please?

The pf folder on the SD card is set up exactly like the Data partition on the ISO. You can figure it out from there.
