Do i need to name the sound files a specific way like i need to name the textures (i.e.) FitDiddy00.rar if so what would it be
(PS I know by now I sound like a complete idiot from asking all this stuff)

    Nope. Just name it smashbros_sound.BRSAR

    Well, don't add the .BRSAR, but make sure it's a .BRSAR file
