    Seeing as there is a hack to have individual pokemon seperate from the Pokemon Trainer.  Is it possible to maybe add new characters with complete seperate roster boxes (what you put your cursor on to choose you character)?  Im not sure if this has been thought of before but if this were possible then we could "copy" a character and have a new roster box for him/her.

    This has been thought of, last I checked it was called the Clone Engine, and in production on Smashboards. I'm not really sure what its status is now though.

    Hard coding it would take... years.

    The only way we are gonna get it before the next SSB comes out is code wise.

    When you think about it though PW made an attack editor and there is brawl box there has been some extreemly amazing progress in the past year it's not totally impossiable

    i agree with some of the people here, the progression has been getting better n better specially this year. and a lot of things that "weren't possible" like the SSE being playable for example or the music replacement for the sd have been prooved wrong so i think eventually someone will figure it out
