I scearch rel. Files Pal version

at the beginning sorry for bad english because I'm from Germany and am still learning English in school (all translated with google translate).
As already indicated in the heading I am looking for the European version of super smash bros rel. . files
I've searched so many sites but when I found that it did not work.
I hope someone can help me here.

sorry i used the rels and my wii freezed i have used stage switcher pal and then make the rel files on my sd card 4gb but does not work... is this maybe the problem of my sd card then by my friend works a pal rel on my wii with my game and on my sd card work it not ?
