i thought of making it over luigi, but he is kinda small...
so maybe it could be a luigi based model 1-slot-ported over a taller character in such a way he will stretch...
i think its a big challenge, specially selecting a character to vertex...

For the sake of fair voting (and giving Goofy another chance), you should do a poll on the top three voted hacks in your current poll. Then it more accurately represents everyone (someone could be split minded or prefer one as their second most preferred).

Maybe vertex his face a bit more? Also, I think you should distribute the vertexes in the ears, it'll be easier to make them curve.
