Hiya! What's up, everyone? =) This post may more or less end up being me rambling (though it's not exactly the intent).
Believe it or not, I actually haven't died yet. I know it's been quite a while. Anyway, I'm hoping to start doing this again a little for a little bit. I don't really want to "officially" announce a return, and possibly not be able to follow up completely, but yeah, that's the plan in mind. Ideally, I would love to, but I really can't guarantee anything, and I'm almost certain I wouldn't be able to produce as many textures as I used to. Or, at least not as quickly anyway. I would
like to make a couple new textures at least.
I was on the vault/forums a couple of days ago, and I must say, a lot of you guys have done some quite impressive stuff while I was away. Like, even some people I'd never even heard of have absolutely been killing it as well. I hope everyone keeps it up. I see the vault itself also got a spiffy new look (well, "new" since I've seen it). Noice.
Unfortunately though, I noticed on the vault, most of my preview pictures got straight up murdered. lol Idk, is that a thing that's been happening now? Because I actually saw a good amount of other people's hacks that got their previews wrecked. I was surprised hardly any of the hacks with all broken previews weren't being reported, which is why I refrained from doing it myself. Wasn't sure if there was some common knowledge about the vault I just wasn't in on, haha. But anyway, in fixing my previews, I kinda decided to take the opportunity to [at least attempt to] step my presentation game up a little. Been working on it the last couple of days, and I just finished today. You can find the entire makeover in the OP and in my vault, so I'll only post a few samples here.
Speaking of noticing... I actually noticed something pretty embarrassing. Um... before I went on my hiatus, I made the Pokemon Trainer texture hack with the intent to upload it as one of my last hacks for a while. I even finished it and everything. But as it turns out... I... never actually
released it. Yeah.. aren't I simply the greatest? -_- I still can't believe I did that. lol But oh well. I'll look for that hack on my computer and upload it once I find it. That one should be up relatively soon, for anyone interested. So for anyone that may have been looking forward to that at the time (if you happen to be reading this), I do apologize. Not sure how I blew that one.
