Can someone link me some psa of naruto and sasuke over any character except pitt, wolf, and donkey kong?

My second question is if I can put (for example) pitt over any other character?

The third is: what is a Vertex?(I saw it in the forum but i don't know his meaning)

    Naruto is a well made character already over Ike and can be ported with a rel to basically everyone, I believe someone is making a sasuke psa but I'm not exacly sure. For the vertex question, look in tutorials under vertex
