the only thing i thought could have gone wrong is file size but that isn't a problem. i'm stumped.
i tried the game without the file to test out some stuff and codes didn't load.

When using Riivolution, you have to replace the sc_selcharacter_en.pac that's in the common5.pac using brawlbox. As for the codes, did you make sure to switch them on? Is the file in the right spot?

switch them on? i have a riivolution folder on the root of the sd card and all; everything is in the right place.

i did and now riivolution freezes when it loads the game.
