Hey how about her up b makes her fly upward with an eletrical shield around her until the end of her fly and her (ground) up b can be like Ike's she throws her wand in the air and flies up to it but she doesn't slash downward. And btw who will she be over (Which character will she be over)
Need an idea for anything? then just ask me :)
