Custom CSS Character Selection Help

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of trouble with my custom CSS. What's happening is I can't select the bottom row of characters, and I can't disable certain players (aka, set up bots) without unplugging a controller. I've applied all the codes that come with the CSS as well.
I'm running Riivolution because I'm using an SDHC card.

Hmm, actually I've had a similar problem too. Part of my bottom row couldn't be selected SOMETIMES. I wonder if somebody knows how to fix these problems.

I finally figured it out. It's because of the CSS Fix which I had in the txtcodes. I don't know about Geckos, but with Riivolution, you can't have stars before the code itself.
ie:
