An Rel request?

I didnt know exactly where to put this, so i thought the help would come in handy. :p

Well anyway, would anyone be able to send me an Ike rel to another character like King Dedede or Olimar or Game and Watch? i want to put on a Riku hack but i still want to keep Cloud on Ike because of the voice pak i have on him there. I just need the rel over any of those characters.

Someone told me on one of my posts (Character REL Converting) that you can't upload RELs unless it's part of a port pack.
