Is it possible to edit Sonic's blue stream?

I can't seem to find his blue stream.
Anyone know where it is?

i hate using shadow texture n havin the blue [censored] when he rolls in a ball. i think its somewhere in the CLR0 files u have to edit.

No, that's the first thing I've attempted when BrawlBox came out with CLR0 editing. I tried, failed. The color is controlled by something else.

The beamsword isn't in the CLR0 either, so I have no idea.
