Sasuke Uchiha(Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan) over Marth-3rd preview Released!

I know Anivernage was working on something like this, but I decided to make my own version.It won't be as complicated, and will have things like Amaterasu, Susano'o, Chidori Blade, etc.
Planned moveset
Jab: Slas,Kick.Can be interupted very quickly into other attacks like side tilt
Side Tilt:Chidori Spear.Self explanatory, has medium range and good knock back
Down Tilt: Sasuke slashes while flying forward quickly(End of Sasuke(Susano'os down combo in NUNS3)
Up Tilt:Sasuke Slashes upward with a Chidori Blade
Side Smash:Susano'o Punch: End Sasuke(Susano'o)s neutral combo in NUNS3)
Down Smash:Flame control Sword:End of EMS Sasukes Down combo in NUNS3)
Up Smash:Black Flame Pillars:End of EMS Sasukes up combo in NUNS3)
N-air:2nd hit of Taka Sasukes air combo in NUNS3)
F-Air:2nd hit of EMS Sasukes air combo in NUNS3)
B-air:Marths...I dont even use this really...
U-air:FireStyle:Fireball OR Stabs sword straight up covered in lightning
D-air:Last hit of Taka Sasukes air combo in NUNS3
Neutral special:Taka Sasukes Chidori Blade in NUNS3.Runs forward and if contact is made then stabs his eletrified sword into opponent then kicks them off it like "[censored],get of my sword"
Side Special:Amaterasu/Enton:Kagutschi.Works like jutsu in NUNS3
Down Special:one of these three, ill put a vote bar if i can figure out how
-Chidori nagashi
-EMS Sasukes tilt
-Sasuke(Susano'o)s tilt
Most likely EMS Sasukes but I dunno
Up special:Susano'o arms throw Sasuke upwards while he holds his sword out to slash anyone in the way
F-Grab:Sasuke holds you still with Susano'o while he charges chidori before smashes you into the blade with the Susano'o hand.Video shows this better
D-Grab:EMS Sasukes grab in NUNS3
B-Grab:Sasuke Kirins grab in NUNS3
U-grab:throws you high into the air then casts Amaterasu on you while you fall
Taunts:
F-Taunt:Know Despair!
D-Taunt:Pathetic...
N-Taunt:Kind of like a"Bring it on"move with Susano'o
Win1:Now do you understand hatred?
win2:These eyes...see darkness clearly
win3:Not even worth mentioning...(Sasukes Susano'os win in NUNS3)
Special Thing(s):Sasuke will have a kind of "Adversity" FS, where if you do his down taunt when he goes over 200%, he will enter a final smash state BUT when you use the FS it won't be the normal FS(EMS Sasukes UJ), it will be Susano'o Sasukes UJ.When the attack is completed, Sasuke will take 50% and can only be used once per life.

But seriously, Jrush will have his(Checked Kages lair, no mention of Sasuke) and I'll have mine.The benefit of making your own PSAs is they are exactly the way YOU want them to be.
Alright since I have no idea how to post a vote ill do it this way: Just reply below what his Down B should be
Option 1:Chidori Nagashi

Thanks Anivernage  , the next progress will probably be tommorow once I finish coding his Chidori blade.
And for his last special which of the three above do you think it should be?(Chidori Nagashi, EMS sasukes tilt, or Susano'o Sasukes tilt.
And hopefully your internet gets fixed xD

Susano'o is a B1TCH.  Many have tried many have failed, I'm going to give you some hints:
1) Susano'o should be a part of your model, all skeletal/muscle/full Susano'o have massive filesize so it's not advisable to put them in the PSA file you will overload the file size and freeze on CSS screen.  So if you cannot ask another hacker if they can rig up either skeletal/muscle/full or all 3 in the actual model then I would use VIS0 animations (visibility bones) to control when Susano'o can be seen most people would tell you to use model changer event tho.
2) You are going to have fanboys [censored]ing about your Amaterasu not being black flames, but don't waste your time on it black GFX are notoriously hard to achieve I'm fiddling with them now for JRush if I can get them to work right I will give you a GFX to use but my advise is to keep it as is.
3) Watch how many different jutsu you give him all those use different GFX and you only have so much if I were you Kirin would only be in the FS so you can use that filesize for that GFX and keep the rest of it good.  I prefer to only put a handful of really good GFX in my PSAs and build the other moves through tandem usage of the aforementioned GFX.

That's pretty much all that I had to get off my chest, I felt like you'd be better off if you knew those 3 things ahead of time!  Good luck the preview appears quite promising!

Lol when I was working on the Amaterasu I was like "Why waste the file space, it works fine without it..."
If fanboys want to complain, then they can take on a this project *Fanboys STFU*
Heres my idea to avoid the filesize problem:
The only GFX I plan to have is Marths Sword Glow , the chidori spear, and if theres extra filesize the Amaterasu you mentioned.Because so far I have the glow and spear and I still have 116 KB left over for the FS Susano'o.And if that STILL isn't enough then like you said it would be kirin which is very easy, Sasuke talks and the screen goes white and everybody dies(lol)
And I was planning to attach the Susano'o ribcage and arm(What Sasuke uses most regularly, like in the UNS games where he has Susano'o) to his model file and just set the scale of all its bones to 0 when it isnt being used.That way it will be there but only appear when needed and won't waste PSA filesize.And i've been in your thread before, i have it bookmarked XD
