CSP vs. CSS

Well... this is a very simple question?
Would you choose the Custom CSS or CSP?
im asking this question because you can only choose 1. If you like Custom CSS, and you use CSS Organizer and load it. It will overwrite CSPs and you cant see them in the CSS. When you dont use the css organizer you can still use the CSPs but you will have that boring old CSS.
Very simple question
Very easy answer(or not)

You do realize that you can use custom portraits AND a custom CSS at the same time, right?
I did make an old guide about how all that works. Of course, with BrawlBox being around, some of the steps mentioned on the guide are obsolete; the guide was made before I knew all the things about BrawlBox.
