I'll edit the old body colour in a lil bit for you. I'm just waiting on other feedback on my latest change. I think it's pretty close to final, but I don't want to jump the gun.

Thanks for the screenshots, Badge! I think once CSPs get done (I have no idea how to do them D:), we can call Kirby finished!
Obskore - The feather colour is more of a pink/magenta than a red, which is odd. I would say to try making his feathers red or orange, but that conflicts with his clothes. Maybe try pulling some inspiration from other textures like Mars Ike?

I just noticed that the last three Mars textures of the old thread are missing in the OP, namely Pit, Squirtle and Toon Link. Falco: I really like the texture by itself, but it doesn't suit the project. The main problem is, as Mithost pointed out already, that you're using a red on the wrong side of the spectrum. Even true red isn't a main color, but reds with a orange tint. The white of the shoulder is also a bit too strong imo and the orange is looking a bit off, too. Try staying more within the palette that the other costumes use. Mars Kirby CSPs: You just take the CSP and recolor it, for most of the default CSPs you can also start with the render and downscale it after recoloring for a bit higher quality. I had the files for Kirby at hand, so I quickly made them for you. Edit: Oh, and you should add pallettes to most CSPs to keep the file size low, which I initially forgot to do for those above - sry. I updated them with indexed versions. |

Yeah that Falco is pretty far away from being near what we're looking for.
First of all, Falco's feathers don't really need to be changed color, but I think the best option would be a slightly darker and faded blue, or brown. The jacket should definitely be red-orange, the pants can probably be tan/cream, and the boots can be bronze or golden, whichever you prefer.

Don't think he's had is official Brawl Vault release yet.Figured out why Toon Link, Squirtle, and Pit vanished. My tags got messed up at some point. It should be fixed now. |
