character too bright, help please.

Hi I have a character I want to edit that shows too bright in all of the stages, he just seems to pop out, what do I do to fix it? As in, what specific part needs to be changed

I used snake for comparison as he looks right in that stage. I also tried to showcase different lighting situations. Link seems bright, no?
