One for Link/TLink would definitly be pretty cool. I can imagine Falco and Wolf looking pretty great too. Or someone like Sheik.. I dunno. Just throwing out random suggestions.

Thank you! I do plan to make more of them, but I might be a bit busy in the coming weeks. I'd still like to try making a few others though, maybe Took Link? My mind seems to change a lot.
Dude, I may want to jump on board with these New Styled textures of yours; if you're interested in any assistance that is.

Of course, I'm just a bit worried about time, since they'll probably take a while to get the whole cast done, plus I'm not sure what a more complex (ex. Link) character will look like. If you like though, I can PM you the Mario texture PSD for reference.

Your CSP's are always so good lookin' I'd really like to know how you add the shadow HD looking effect. But if that's something you wanna keep a secret, that's understandable. Mario by far is my favorite CSP you've done. Keep up the excellent work sir!

That'd be appreciated, thanks. You can PM me and we can talk through some ideas on how to tackle the cast (or if we even want to).

I'd be fine with telling you all how I do it if you'd like to know, haha. I'd like to get a few more CSPs going of course, especially with Shun's vibrant project going on. But time is always an issue...

I don't really know how to explain it. >_< Basically your CSP's look rendered. They have like a sorta clean HD contrasted look. Do you just use the dodge and burn tool? Or do you use another tool to get that kinda effect?

Ah, I see. First, I do some basic adjustments with the vibrancy and levels adjustment layers, then I use layer blending modes to add highlights and shadows, that way I can copy a new screenshot in and keep it consistent. (This is all in Photoshop by the way, not sure how it works in GIMP and such.)

That means doing it to all other portraits you make using that character's pose. Unless it's just a recolor, it'd be annoying to do it with other models.

Soft light at varying degrees of percentage is what I've been using recently.

Alright, here it is: I did the other Mirage Mario stuff too, for those that want them. They're grouped in with the Mario CSPs. And in the process, I realized that I had some parts too bright on the other Dr. Mario CSPs I had, so I've updated the Brawl Dr. Mario ones to look less like a rubber jacket, hopefully.

Surprise Marth update! Didn't get around to Awakening Marth just yet, I've got some other stuff I'll have to get out of the way first.
