I'm having an issue with either some codes or my .rel files. The tutorial said the .rels go in the module folder, so I don't think that's my issue.

But I'm trying to get a custom moveset/texture to work with a .rel file. I tried copying the codes associated with my .rel file and adding them to my Brawl+/- codes, as well as putting it into a second notepad file. Did I skip a step? Or is my .rel more likely to be the problem?

as well as putting it into a second notepad file

You're saving your codes as .gct, right? And not just a .txt notepad file.

No. I do believe that would be my issue. Which program would I use to make it into a .gct? I'm fiddling with hex right now, I think I can just add my codes in right there.

If I'm right, sorry for making a topic haha. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Use the Ocarina Cheat Code Manager - - http://wiird.l0nk.org/ocarina.zip

Just load your txt file, make sure all the codes you want on are checked, and then export out at a gct.

I actually just got it with hex editor. Thank you though, I wouldn't have figured out what I was doing wrong otherwise.
