    ps: i'm working on kazuya, and teh last thing 2 doo is rig teh fingers. is it ok, if i move his finger bones, so they will fit with kazuya's? not just rotating them?
    if so, how likely is it to freeze?

    you shouldnt move the bones, since they will get back in place in animations, makin it look odd.

    also, you shouldnt rigg using full 1 weights, try making it a bit more seamless, by adding .25 .5 and .75 between, or just using the blend button.
