    When I was organizing my computer, I accidentally removed my txt file for codes and idk what program that would work best for me in order to open my RSBE01.GCT file because that file still has brawl minus and a mixture of some of my codes that I still want to keep them and remove some of my own codes that I don't want anymore.

    Help would be very appreciated.

    Only way is with GCTEdit but it won't be able to recognize all of your codes. You could try something like Recuva to restore your deleted files.
